Custom Signage: Suzi and Alex
A Pretty Greengate Ranch Wedding with Funky Boho Details
We had such a great time designing signage for suzi and alex’s wedding at greengate ranch with embark event design. this was a custom order for which we created bar signage, a seating chart, a welcome sign, table numbers, and printed dinner menus.
The Seating Chart
for the seating chart, embark event design had rented the avenue 12 boho macrame screen, and wanted us to adorn it somehow for guests to find their seats. we thought it would be fun to accent the screen with hanging escort card tags in the wedding color palette, and attach them to the screen so that you could still see the pretty macrame. we used double silk tassels with a round shaped card and printed guest names and gold metallic details.
this couple loves funky music and wanted to have ‘let’s groove tonight’ and ‘boogie to your seat’ signs incorporated in some way, so we made custom peach acrylic signs with darker peach acrylic lettering. these signs brought in the colors of the escort cards perfectly! all tied up with a darker orange velvet ribbon and the seating chart was complete.
The Inspiration, Bar Menu and Welcome Sign
the wedding signage was overall inspired by the invitation suite from swell press. with the various colored layered mountains in the invite, we were inspired to make the signage with layered colors of peach acrylic.
The Table Numbers
the table numbers were made of two shades of peach acrylic,white acrylic, and wood laser cut numbers. we wanted to incorporate some wood to tie in the rustic rentals and greengate ranch barn!
The Dinner Menus
we created dinner menus using soft vellum paper printed in white ink, with peach cardstock backers, a pretty gold clip and curved place cards with guest names. we love how individual menus really bring together the tablescape and each guest’s place setting. plus with a menu from field to table that’s this detailed needs to be printed!
The Design Deck
For every custom order, we work with our clients by creating a digital design deck that shows our designs for each individual sign. this way the client can sign off on these designs and we can put them into production! as always we design and create everything in-house!
